- W2364459741 abstract "Objective:?To discuss the relationship of the concurrent infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticums and Chlamydia trachomas with sexually transmitted diseases, and providing laboratorial reference for clinic. Methods:Getting secretions from the sufferer with typical urinary irritative symptom that were diagnosed as urinary infection, and not taking antibiotic in the near term. The males can give sperm or prostate fluid and forepart urine the females can give secretions around urerine neck and those specimens were cultured in the culture mediums that were afforded from French Biomerieux Company. To separate and identify Ureaplasma Urealyticums and Mycoplasma hominis . We detected Chlamydia Trachomatics antigens in those by Ct test card that were afforded English Oxoid Company. Results:?In 563 specimens of sufferers with urinary infection, 241 Ureaplasma Urealyticums strains were isolated (42.8%), and 81 mycoplasma hominis strains strains were isolated (14.4%), and 75 strains of Ureaplasma Urealyticums and Mycoplasma hominis were isolated (13.3%). Chlamydia Trachoma strains were isolated (19.4%), and 84 strains fo Ureaplasma Urealyticums and Chlamydia Trachomas were isolated (14.9%). Conclusion:? Ureaplasma Urealyticums and Chlamydia Trachomas is chief pathogen that can induce human genitalia and urinary infection, for example nongonococal urethritis, cervicitis and infertilitas feminis et al. So in the study on human genitalia and urinary infection, culturing Ureaplasma Urealyticums and detecting Chlamydia Trachomas are important to diagnose nongoncocal urethritis and its therapy." @default.
