- W2364487846 abstract "Higher power consumption and lower deposition efficiency are major problems in micro-arc oxidation process.The ceramic coatings were prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy using lower power consumption micro-arc oxidation technique,the factors and mechanisms influencing treatment efficiency of micro-arc oxidation on aluminum alloy were studied by measuring and analyzing treatment efficiencies at different electrolyte concertation,pulse width,peak voltage and treatment time.And the technical solutions to the problems were also put forward.The experimental results show that the film deposition efficiency can be effectively improved through optimizing the electrolyte concertation,pulse width,peak voltage and treatment time,and that the average current density can be controlled less than 1 A/dm2,energy consumption rate is 2.8～3.2 kW·h/(m2·μm),the film thickness is 25～30 μm.The properties such as phase structure,thickness,roughness and hardness of the ceramic film prepared by improved micro-arc oxidation are similar to those prepared by traditional micro-arc oxidation." @default.
