- W2364524350 abstract "Objective To explore the effect of different endometrial thickness and morphology on the day of HCG administration in long protocol controlled ovarian stimulation on the outcome after IVF-ET.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted of 1726 IVF/ICSI-ET cycles between Aug.2009 and May 2011 in Henan Provincial People's Hospital.According to the endometrial thickness on the day of HCG administration,cycles were divided into 7 groups.Group A:≤7mm;Group B:7～8 mm;Group C:8～10 mm;Group D:10～12 mm;Group E:12～14 mm;Group F:14～16mm;Group G:16mm.Compared the age,duration of infertility,endometrial thickness,number of oocyte,number of embryos available,number of embryos transferred,dosage of Gn,implantation rate,pregnancy rate among the seven groups.And compared such clinical and laboratory parameters in different endometrial morphology.Results The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of group D~ G were statistically higher than those of group A~C(P 0.05).There were no significant difference on the age,duration of infertility,number of oocyte,etc between the different endometrial morphology.Conclusion Endometrial thickness on the day of HCG administration improves the outcome of IVF/ICSI-ET.Pregnancy rate and implantation rate is ideal when the endometrial thickness more than 10mm;Endometrial morphology does not effect the outcome of IVF/ICSI-ET." @default.
