- W2364672829 abstract "Three batches of bivalent inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine to avian infectious coryza were produced and their immune durations were also evaluated in this study.The results showed that,chickens vaccinated only once were able to achieve 83% protection against challenge with high virulent strain of serovar A(Hp8)and 51.5% against challenge of serovar C(H18)respectively.The chickens were given the second vaccination after 4 weeks,and then were able to achieve 100%protection against challenge with serovar A at 13 months post_vaccination,90.5% against challenge of serovar C in 9 months,respectively.By B_ELISA,HI and SPA methods,high of antibodies to Hpg were detected in vaccinated chickens.The positive rates of specific B_ELISA antibodies to serovar A and C were 83%～100% and 33%～87%,respectively.The positive rates of specific HI antibodies to serovar A and C were 87%～100% and 67%～93%,respectively,and the positive rate of SPA was 66%～100%.In this study there was a close correlations between HI titer and protection against challenge.All these results demonstrated the good immunogenicity of the vaccine,and it would play a big role in the prevention of infectious coryza in China." @default.
