- W2364743051 abstract "Objective To investigate the effect of N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA) on proliferation of human hippocample neural stem cells(NSCs).Methods NSCs from hippocampus of abortion human embryonic tissue(8～12 weeks post conception) were cultured and passaged in suspension.The neurospheres were identified by nestin immunocytochemistry.Passaged cells were divided into 5 groups at random: the control group,1μmol/L NMDA group and 10μmol/L NMDA group,30μmol/L NMDA group and 100μmol/L NMDA group.Cells were cultured sequentially after joining in NMDA of different quantity.The A value was detected at the 3rd,7th and 12th day by MTT.Results The A value in the 100μmol/L group increased obviously compared with that in the control group(P0.05),The A value in the other groups did not change obviously compared with that in the normal control group,moreover,there was no change between experimental groups in the 3rd and 7th day.In the 12th day,the A value in the 30μmol/L group and 100μmol/L group increased obviously compared with that in the control group(P0.05),the A value of other groups did not change obviously compared with that in the control group,moreover,there was no change between experimental groups.Conclusion Certain quantity NMDA could promote the proliferation of human hippocample NSCs in certain condition." @default.
