It indicates that the coat with thick diffusion layer and bright smooth surface by evaporation of (4Al+Al_2S_3) consists of Fe_3Al and AlFe. The temperature of material coated isn't allowed to be 800 ℃ below. When Concentrating precious metals from the waste catalyst under condition of temperature(1 200-1 400 ℃), vacuum(666.7 Pa), time(3h), the reduction ratio of Al_2O_3 can achieve 20%, the concentration multiple will be 1.2. Considering over-volatilization of Al_2S_3, The favorable conditions are: temperature(1 200～1 300 ℃), vacuum(666.7 Pa); Through multi-distillation, the overall reduction ratio of carrier rises, thereby the concentration multiple increases. For a fixed amount of reactant, the concentration multiple rises to 1.6 through four times distillation under favorable condition given above each of which distillates for three hours, the overall recovery ratio of precious metals surpasses 92%. This shows that precious metals can be concentrated to a high degree by successive distillation, at the same time fewer precious metals was lost. The tiny Al pellet obtained in experiment was oxidized seriously by CO.Resolving this problem depends on further study." @default.
