- W2364768006 abstract "In order to solve the problems in asphalt pavement major repairs of Xiling Yangtze River Bridge,its design indexes,calculation method,detection method,and pavement removal method were analyzed.Based on the disease investigation,mechanical model calculation and lowest temperature investigation,flexural-tensile strain in pavement surface and shear stress in interface between steel deck and pavement were used as fatigue design control indexes,the long life design for waterproof-cohesive layer was put forward,and the detection methods and indexes were determined.The standard temperature used in rutting test and qualification standard of dynamic stability were suggested to be raised which being revealed from field temperature test.Based on analysis of original pavement materials and structure,the removal scheme was put forward.The contradiction between cleanliness and roughness was solved by test section of sand blast.It is concluded that(1) the first important problem for removal is steel deck protection,and balance weight,safety measures and environmental protection must be considered when overhaul in half-width;(2) the contradiction between cleanliness and roughness can be solved by twice sand blast using different sized steel shots;(3) surface flexural-tensile strain and interface shear stress being got by multi-span continuous laminated beam model can be used as the fatigue design indexes;(4) the flexural-tensile strain index in low temperature can be improved by tensile strength structure coefficient;(5) the temperature criterion that being used in pavement high temperature stability design must be increased,and the dynamic stability index can be got by design equivalent standard axles." @default.
