• W2364778063 abstract "Although the competition mode between enterprises and enterprise has been replaced by the competition mode between supply chain and supply chain,supply chain model is still examined from the perspective of single supply chain.In recognition of the literature gap,this paper proposes inter-enterprise competition be studied from two supply chain modes:(1) logistics cost is shared by manufacturer and retailer,and(2) pricing and supply chain profits are calculated with the game theory in a non-cooperative decision-making manner.. First,this paper proposes optimal forward logistics strategy and optimal reverse logistics strategy in these two dominant modes for a manufacturer.In the manufacturer-leading mode,if k2S2/(1-S2) the optimal forward logistics strategy for a manufacturer is logistics outsourcing.On the contrary,the optimal forward logistics strategy for a manufacturer is self-support logistics.If l2T2/(1-T2),the optimal reverse logistics strategy for a manufacturer is logistics outsourcing.On the contrary,the optimal reverse logistics strategy for manufacturer is self-support logistics.In the TPLSP-leading mode,if S1/2 the optimal forward logistics strategy for manufacturer is logistics outsourcing.If 1/2S1,the optimal forward logistics strategy for a manufacturer is self-support logistics.If T1/2,the optimal reverse logistics strategy for a manufacturer is logistics outsourcing.If 1/2T1,the optimal reverse logistics strategy for a manufacturer is self-support logistics.In the forward supply chain,if 0k21/3 it is optimal for a manufacturer to choose the supply chain mode of TPLSP-leading;if 1/3k2≤1 it is optimal for a manufacturer to choose the supply chain mode of manufacturer-leading.In the reverse supply chain,if0l21/3 it is optimal for a manufacturer to choose the supply chain mode of TPLSP-leading;if 1/3l2≤1,it is optimal for a manufacturer to choose the supply chain mode of manufacturer-leading. Second,from the perspective of a retailer the prerequisites of participating in the supply chain of logistics outsourcing and self-logistic are examined in the manufacturer-leading supply chain.In the manufacturer-leading forward supply chain,if k2S/(1-S) it is optimal for a retailer to choose the supply chain mode of logistic outsourcing;if 0k2S/(1-S),it is optimal for a retailer to choose the supply chain mode of self-support logistics.In the manufacturer-leading reverse supply chain,if l2T/(1-T) it is optimal for a retailer to choose the supply chain mode of logistic outsourcing;if 0l2T/(1-T),it is optimal for a retailer to choose the supply chain mode of self-support logistics.A retailer's optimal decision-making is cooperated with the supply chain of logistics outsourcing in the TPLSP-leading supply chain.It is optimal for a retailer to participate in the TPLSP-leading supply chain mode in both dominant supply chain modes. For TPLSP's decision-making,it is optimal for TPLSP to choose the supply chain of TPLSP-leading.For system efficiency,supply chain system efficiency of TPLSP-leading supply chain system is superior to that of manufacturer-leading supply chain system.This paper further analyzes the outsourcing strategy for manufacturer and retailer in the two supply chain modes.In the forward,manufacturer-leading supply chain,a manufacturer's optimal strategy is logistics outsourcing or self-support logistics is stable in either k2S/(1-S)ork2S2/(1-S2) condition.A manufacturer's optimal strategy is logistics outsourcing whenS2/(1-S2)k2S/(1-S),and the forward supply chain system is not stable..In the reverse,manufacturer-leading supply chain,a manufacturer's optimal strategy is logistics outsourcing or self-support logistics and the supply chain system is stable in either l2T/(1-T)orl2T2/(1-T2) conditions.A manufacturer's optimal strategy is logistics outsourcing whenT2/(1-T2)l2T/(1-T),and the reverse supply chain system is not stable.In the TPLSP-leading supply chain,a manufacturer's optimal strategy is logistics outsourcing when S1/2,T1/2,and the supply chain system is stable.A manufacturer's optimal strategy is logistics outsourcing when1/2S1,1/2T1,and the supply chain system is not stable.The stability of TPLSP-leading supply chains is better than that of manufacturer-leading supply chains when0k2,l21/3,and the supply chain system is not stable when1/3k2≤1,and0l21/3. Finally,a coordination method is provided based on the opportunity cost;and conclusions are verified with an example." @default.
