- W2364800369 abstract "This research aimed to analyze the amount of soil microbes and enzyme activities in 0～20 cm soil layer of Manglietia glauca plantation including a 8-year-old Manglietia glauca forest(G1) and a 45-year-old Manglietia glauca forest(G2) exhibited in Guangxi modern forest science and technology exhibition area.The results showed that the young stand(G1) differed obviously from mature stand(G2) in amount of soil microbes and enzyme activities.The seasonal changing pattern in amount of soil microbes and bacteria of G1 and G2 was summerwinterautumnspring and autumnwintersummerspring respectively.Whatever G1 or G2,the fungi amount of G1 and G2 was the highest in autumn and the lowest in winter.The seasonal changing pattern in amount of actinomycetes of G1 was springwinterautumnsummer and G2 was winterspringautumnsummer.The amount of soil microbes in two forests was bacteriaactinomycetesfungi in spring,autumn and winter,and bacteriafungiactinomycetes in summer.The soil protease activity was springsummerautumnwinter in G1 forest and autumnspringsummerwinter in G2 forest.The soil catalase activity was wintersummerautumnspring in both G1 and G2 forests." @default.
