- W2364863657 abstract "China is located in the southeastern Eurasia and close to the Pacific Ocean,which belongs to monsoon climate region.Under influence of the global climate change,higher rainfall intensity and higher annual variety of precipitation in summer season is one of the major factors of natural disaster.Therefore,exactly Predicting drought-flood occurrence in summer season is very important for the countries' economy and security.In this paper,the method of Grey-Prediction and grey-weather-clock-examination was used to analyze the water data of the 194 meteorological stations during the period of 1970～2000.the results showed that during 2010～2020 the conversion possibility from 'south-flood,northdrought' to 'the north-flood,south-drought' is not great.The rate of flood occurrence will be 63.51% and the rate of drought occurrence will be 36.49%.Droughts will happen seriously in Beijing,Yinchuan,Shijiazhuang and floods will occur frequently in Chongqing,Nanchang,Guangzhou and so on." @default.
