- W2364872886 abstract "Objective: To observe and value the method of installing the nickel- titanium alloy stents of the domestic pushing-releasing style and imported pulling-releasing style by the guide of fiberoptic bronchoscope to treat the tracheobronchial stenosis.Methods:Thirty patients were divided into two groups: group A and group B. Seventeen patients in group A, 13 patients in group B.Under local anesthesia by the guide of fiberoptic bronchoscope,the method of in stalling the domestic nickel- titanium stent was used in group A and the method of installing imported ultraflex nickel- titanium stent in group B.Results:In group A ,the method used on 13 patients was successful just by one installing,on 3 patients by adjusting ,on 1 patient by reinstalling after failure. In group B,the method used on 10 patients was successful just by one installing,on 1 patient by replacing it with domestic stent after the imported one was installed unsuccessful.Both group A and group B eased their difficult breathing after installing stents. Observe the 30 patients 6～36 months,9 patients in 17 malignant tumor patients who hadn't acceped the chemotherapy and radiotherapy malignant died after living for 1～10 months (Md=5 months),while 6 in 17 who had accepted the chemotherapy and radiotherapy still lived,the congest time is 16 months,one died after 12 months;Among the 13 patients suffered by benign diseases tracheobronchial stenosis,one died in one month after the operation due to old age (82 year-old),the other 12 patients recovered well,there is no stent shift with easy and smooth airway,they cough by chance with expectoration and led normal lives approximately.The longest period of installing in gruop A is 20 months and the shortest is 3 months while in group B is 40 months and 5 months,Conclusions: installing the bronchus stents by the fiberoptic bronchoscope and under direct vision is an effect way to treat tracheobronchial stenosis. There is no significant difference in treating effect by using the kinds of stents while the price of domestic one is much more cheaper." @default.
