- W2364897208 abstract "OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC- ELSD method for determination of the content of Betulinic Acid in Spina Date Seed. METHODS: Chromatograthy was performed on a 5μ m Agilent C18 column with the column temperature at 25℃ , and the sample size at 20μ L. The mobile phase composition was methanol- water- triethylamine( regulated pH to 5. 7 with acetic acid, 86∶ 14∶ 0. 03) . The flow rate was 1. 0 mL· min- 1. An evaporative light- scattering detector ( ELSD) was used as detector with gas flow rate of 2. 0L· min- 1 and drift tube temperature of 80℃ . RESULTS: The Betulinic Acid had a good linearity relationship( r=0. 999 5, n=6) between 10. 10～ 161. 60μ g· mL- 1. The average recovery of Betulinic Acid in Spina Date Seed was 97. 95% ( RSD=0. 25% ) . CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible." @default.
