- W2364999276 abstract "A fast and accurate method for the determination of seven heavy metal (loid)s including Cr、 Mn、 As、 Se、 Cd、 Hg and Pb in human blood and urine samples using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was developed.Methanol,2-propanol,1-butanol and 1,4-butanediol were studied for their ability as carbon source for matrix-matching between samples and standard solutions.It is found that the heavy metal concentrations are in agreement with certified values in reference materials (SeronormTM urine and whole blood),and the spiked recoveries of Se,Hg and other elements are between 90% and 120% after dilution of blood and urine samples by 0.1% HNO3,0.1% 2-mercaptoethanol,0.1% Triton-X 100,and using 1.5% 1,4-butanediol as matrix-matching agent.This method simplifies the sample pretreatments with the detection limits of 0.01～0.1 ng/mL for all the 7 heavy metal(loid)s.The linear correlation coefficient of standard curve R is more than 0.9999 with RSD less than 3%.The proposed method can be used as a referenced method for fast screening of heavy metals in human blood and urine samples." @default.
