- W2365479848 abstract "Objective:To explore the bacteriostasis of the extract and its mixture from blooma-green algae. Methods:The extracts from Microcystis aeruginosa.Nostoc planctomicum and Anabaenaflasaguae were inoculated respectively into a genus of bacteria,Enterobacter.The inhibiting rate to the bacteria by the extracts was detected. Results:The extracts from Microcvstis aeruginosa,Nostoc planctomicum or Anabaenaflasaguae and their mixture all possessed inhibition to the tested bacteria,of which the extract from the mixture showed the highest inhibition rate,up to 42.80%～46.00%.The inhibion rate was increased with the increase of the extract concentration.The inhibion rate is 10%, 30% and 50% when the extract concentration is l0 mg/mL,20 mg/mL and 30 mg/mL,respectively.Conclusion:The extracts from Microcystis aeruginosa,Nostoc planctomicum and Anabaenaflas-aguae which form water blooms and their mixture showed the inhibition to the tested bacteria to different extent,of which the extract from the mixture showed the highest inhibition rate.The inhibion rate was increased with increase of the extract concentration.The proper order of the inhibition rates is Microcystis aeruginosa,Anabaenaflas-aguae,Nostoc planctomicum." @default.
