- W2365513257 abstract "Objective To explore the clinical effect of using microendoscope and traditional open operation to treat lubar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP) these don,t fit to being treated with microendoscopic lumbar discectomy(MED).Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of LIDP treated with microendoscope and traditional open operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results The duration of operation was 40～60 minutes,mean 45 minutes.The quantity of blood loss was 50～150 mL,mean 80 mL.No scleromeninx and nerve root was damaged during the course of operation,no incision and intervertebral space was infected after operation,all the operative incision were Ⅰ and the first rate healing.All the patients were followed up for 12～34 months after operation,mean 18 months.Among 42 cases,36 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,2 cases fair,the fineness rate was 95.2%.Conclusion Using microendoscope and traditional open operation to treat LIDP is safe,effective and complementary." @default.
