- W2365614892 abstract "The selective vapor phase air oxidation of butan 2 one to Diacetyl (MEK) had been studied over vanadium phosphone oxide catalyst. It was presented that (1) with the increase of p/v atomic ratio from 1.6 to 4.4, the selectivity increase to about 33%, and from 4.4 to 5.6, the selectivity nearly ceased to increase. (2) The addition of K 2O or Na 2O brought out marked increase of the selectivity of MEK formation with the loss of catalytic activity and marked decrease of selectivity of HAc. The vanadium pentoxide content in the range 5%～15% over the siliceous earth carrier, didn't change the conversion and selectivity." @default.
