- W2365704691 abstract "Objective To understand the immunity level to measles among the healthy population and provide scientific evidence for control and eliminating measles.Method IgG antibody for measles in the healthy population of Shijiazhuang from 2006～2008 were tested by indirect ELISA.Results The positive rate and GMT were 86.32% and 1:1367.18 separately;There was no difference among positive rates in the three years (x2=2.71,P=0.258),while there was difference in GMT(F=3.330,P=0.036);There were differences in positive rates and GMT among different age groups(x2=37.539,P=0.000,F=2.849,P=0.009).Conclusions There were still low coverage area and non-immune area,therefore it was recommended that supplemental immunization of MV was needed before entrance of junior school after two doses routine vaccination." @default.
