- W2365859112 abstract "Objective Health human resources(HHR)mainly refers to the total labors in the health related occupation. It is the important part of the health resources, the decisive resources in the development of health cause. Its quantity and quality is one of the important indexes reflecting the level of health services ,and is the key content of the plan of health cause. Therefore, it is an advantage to study on HHR, not only for the researchers to obtain the original data, its achievement is more helpful for the relevant managerial department and organization to improve their capacity and level of decision-making in health policy, thus on the principle of evidence basic, making the reform of personnel management advance successfully. Methods With all the eligible data of HHR in the suburbs of Wuhan city deserved from the census in 2003 by the Ministry of Health P.R. China, set up a SPSS data base, kept by a specially assigned member. To avoid mistakes input, take up independent double-way copy, making the data correct and valid. Statistical analysis are made with the package of SPSS11.0 for Windows. To describe and analyze the proportion rate with the statistical chart and diagram, standardize the data representing the quality of HHR, and compare it with other regions′ domestically with R×C diagram χ2 test. Results ①In the end of 2002, there were 132 health organizations , 13018 health personnel, including 11298 medical technique personnel, which accounts for 86.79% of the total. ② Compared with the average of the native, the structure of HHR in this area is not so good, illustrating the reform of personnel management is lack of power, and there is still rooms for cutting down the non-technique personnel. ③Compared with the other areas, the structure of graduates, under graduates and the junior college students is at a low level. So is that of higher title of technique post. The situation is disadvantage. ④The situation analysis shows that it is significant correlation between the area size, the number of families , the populations with the number of health personnel(P0.01). As for the density of population with the number of health personnel, there isn′t significant correlation(P=0.43). When considering the formulation or actualization of the HHR plan and setting up in this area, we′d better treat it as a joint between urban and rural places, which is fast urbanizing and industrializing. Conclusion The general structure of sex and age of HHR in the suburbs of Wuhan city is in reason, accordant with the characteristics of the occupation. However, within the personnel of medical technique, the structure of education and title is on the low side, which would affect the people′s enjoyment of the health services and its quality." @default.
