- W2366061201 abstract "Objective To make a preliminary biomolecular discussion on the effect of Yifa Compound Prescription(YCP) on human hair follicle growth.Methods Hair follicle was cultured in vitro and the cultured hair follicle was divided into 7 groups.Group 1 was cultured with Williams E medium withou serum,groups 2～4 were culutred respecitvely with 5 %,10 %and 20 %blank serum added,and groups 5～7 were culutred respecitvely with 5 %,10 %and 20 %YCP-including serum added.The effect of Yifa compound prescription on human free hair follicle growth in vitro was studied by seropharmacology of Chinese materia medica and semi-quantitative RT-PCR in experiment.Results In Williams E culture medium with 10 %and 20 %YCP-including serum added,the hair follicles grew better than that in the culture medium with 10 %and 20 %blank serum added(P 0.05).The expression level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA in human hair follicles cultured with 10 %and 20 %YCP-including serum was distinctly higher than that cultured with 10 %blank serum(P 0.01).Conclusion Yifa Compound Prescription can accelerate the growth of hair follicles and maintain their normal shape in vitro." @default.
