- W2366133031 abstract "Diclofenac(DCF),coupled with bovine serum albumin, was prepared as complete antigen(DCF-BSA)to immunize rabbits and the polyclonal antibody against DCF was obtained. After that,an indirect competitive enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ic-ELISA)to detect DCF in tap water was established.Based on the biotin labeled antibody,an improved immunoassay(BA-ELISA)was established. The linear ranges of ic-ELISA and BA-ELISA were 10-105ng/L and 1-105ng/L,and the detection limits were 27ng/L and 2.6ng/L,respectively.In detecting DCF in tap water samples, the recovery rates were96.3%-106.7%and 93.5%-118.4%,respectively." @default.
