Through the survey on teachers' satisfaction in science and engineering universities and colleges,it is found that the teachers identify with their profession but have a low opinion of work state. They worry about work pressure and individual development exceedingly; they have a low opinion of democracy management. The mutual understanding,trust and support relations must be built between the office managers and college teachers; they look forward to improving teaching qualities and feature development.
