- W2366452286 abstract "OBJECTIVE To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment. METHOD μBondapak C 18 column was used as stationary phase and methanol-0.02mol·L -1KH 2PO 4 solution(pH adjusted to 3.1 with H 3PO 4)(60∶40) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 270 nm.RESULTS The linear ranges of salicylic acid and benzoic acid were 5～25μg·mL -1(r=0.9995) and 10～50μg·mL -1(r=0.9998);the average recovery was 99.3% and 100.6%; RSDs of intra-day were 0.64% and 0.58%(n=5); the RSDs of inter-day were 0.65% and 0.66%(n=5), respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of this preparation." @default.
