- W2366602612 abstract "Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)treatment in patients with hypostatic pneumonia.Methods Seventy-five patients with hypostatic pneumonia were randomly assigned to a BAL treatment group(38) and a routine treatment group(37).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed after 1～2 weeks of treatment.Results The positive rate of sputum culture in BAL group was higher than that in control group(65.78% vs 40.54%,P0.05).The conversion rate of pathogenic bacteria in BAL group was also higher than that in control group(88.00% vs 53.33%,P0.05).There were significant differences in the effective rate between the two groups(89.47% vs 64.86%,P0.05).Conclusions BAL is safe and effective in treating patients with hypostatic pneumonia." @default.
