- W2366699786 abstract "Objective To explore the optimal dose and concentration of adrenaline during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in neonates.Methods The 38 cases of neonates with CPR were divided into three groups:A,B and C,according to the dosage and concentration of adrenaline with intravenous.Group A received 0.01～0.03 mg/kg of 1:1 000 adrenaline.Group B,high dose group,used 0.1～0.2 mg/kg of 1:1 000 adrenaline.Group C,standard dose group,used 0.01 mg/kg of 1:10000 adrenaline.To analysis the effective rates of the first dose,the short-term survival rates and the long-term survival rates in the se groups.Results The effective rates of adrenaline for the first dose in group A and group B was significantly higher than in group C ( χ 2 1=4 99, χ 2 2=6 14, P 0 05),but it is no significant difference between the group A and group B ( χ 2=0 21, P 0 05).The short-term surival rates in group A and group B was also significantly than in groupC ( χ 2 1=4 89, χ 2 2=5 24, P 0 05).The long-term survival rates in group A is obviously higher than in group C ( χ 2=5 24, P 0 05),but it is similar in group B and group C ( χ 2=1 51, P 0 05).Conclusions The authors think that the optimal dosage and concentration is 0.01～0.03 mg/kg of 1:1 000 adrenaline during neonatal CPR.
