- W2366749454 abstract "Water-soluble naphthenic imidazoline betaine was synthesized using naphthenic acid,triethylenetetramine,sodium chloroacetate and so on as the starting materials.The corrosion inhibition performance of as-synthesized product for carbon steel in aqueous solution of HCl and aqueous solution of HCl-H_2 S was evaluated by static state weight-loss method and electrochemical method.Results show that in the aqueous solution of 1 000 mg/L HCl,water-soluble naphthenic imidazoline betaine belongs to cathode-anode mixed type inhibitor dominated by anode inhibition, and it shows good corrosion inhibition performance for carbon steel in the aqueous solution of HCl and aqueous solution of HICl-H_2S.In 1 000 mg/L HCl solution containing 50 mg/L inhibitor under the condition that the pH value of the solution was not adjusted,the corrosion inhibition rate was above 90%when the solution was stayed at 25℃for 20 h and then stayed at 95℃for 4 h.In 1 000 mg/L HCl solution containing the same dosage of inhibitor,the corrosion inhibition rate was 68.5%when the solution with a pH value of 6.5～7.0 was stayed at 80℃for 24 h.Moreover,the corrosion inhibition rate at an inhibitor dosage of 20 mg/L reached 73.7%and 82.2%in the dissolved oxygen solution and deaerated corrosive solution of 1 000 mg/L HCl-500 mg/L H_2S with a pH value of 6.5～7.0.The corrosion rates at an inhibitor dosage of 20 mg/L in 1 000 mg/L HCl-100～500 mg/L H_2S solution with a pH value of 6.5～7.0 were all below 0.1 g/(m~2 · h)." @default.
