• W2366988892 abstract "The amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloy was treated by low frequency pulse magnetic field(LFPMF).The microstructures and the magnetic properties of the untreated and the treated alloys were examined by Mssbauer spectra and LDJ9600 vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).the activation energy of nanocrystallization of the amorphous alloy treated by low frequency pulse magnetic field was determined by differential scanning calorimetric(DSC) profiles through Kissinger equation and the phase transformation kinetic mechanism of nanocrystallization of Fe-based amorphous alloy treated by low frequency pulse magnetic field was discussed.The results indicated that the activation energy was decreased from 433.6kJ/mol to less than 200kJ/mol after LFPMF treatment leading to the result that the nucleating rate of α-Fe(Si) was greatly increased and there was only single phase α-Fe(Si) crystalline with the 10nm size precipitated and the samples of the amorphous Fe78Si9B13 alloy were heated at a rate of less than 10K/min in the course of magneto-pulsing,indicting that the low frequency pulse magnetic field can promote nanocrystallization of Fe-based amorphous alloy at a relatively low temperature." @default.
