- W2367031140 abstract "Objective To survey the use of anti hypertensive and to evaluate the compliance of patients at community. Method To interview patients at home with special questionnaire. Results There are 78 6% patients taking a kind of medicine in 973 patients. The five drugs of the most generally used,such as Zhengju in 34 12%,nifedipine in 23 12%, combination of drugs in 21 07%, captopril in 10 07%,metoprolol in 5 56%. The groups of the most commonly used medicine are compound preparation of antihypertension(58 97%), calcium antagonsis(34 05%), ACEI(12 82%). The compliance of taking one kinds of medicine group is better than taking two kinds medicine group(OR=1 72, 95%CI 1 13～2 72). The compliance of sympathetic nerve blockers is significantly better than combined antihy pertensive drugs(OR=2 84,95%CI 1 18～6 92). Conclusion:The compound medicine of antihypertension is mainly taken by patients in community, which is helpful to improve the compliance of patients. So some new long effect of compound drug must be developed in future." @default.
