- W2367311514 abstract "Aim:To establish a method for the determination of swertiamarin,gentiopicroside,mangiferin and oleanolic acid in Swertia binchuanensis.Methods:The chromatographic assay of swertiamarin,gentiopicroside and mangiferin was performed on Zorbax SB-C_18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm)with a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min of the mobile phase.The mobile phase consisted of CH_3OH-0.1%H_3PO_4 and was run in a linear gradient elution mode.The proportion of CH_3OH varied from 20% to 30% over a period of 30 min.Detection was performed at 240 nm,and the column oven was maintained at 30℃.The chromatographic determination of oleanolic acid was operated on Zorbax SB-C_18(4.6 mm×150 mm)column with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min of the mobile phase consisting of CH_3CN-0.1%H_3PO_4(75∶25).The detection was monitored at 210 nm,and column oven was maintained at 40 ℃.Results:Determinations of swertiamarin,gentiopicroside,mangiferin and oleanolic acid indicated good linearity over the range of 0.155～19 μg,0.018 6～1.24 μg,0.006 80～1.36 μg and 0.15～3.9 μg with coefficients(r)of 0.999 9,0.999 9,0.999 8 and 0.999 6,respectively.The average recoveries were found in the range of 99% and 103% with RSD being less than 2%.Conclusion:The method can be used to evaluate the quality of Swertia binchuanensis." @default.
