- W2367408047 abstract "Under the premise of meeting the performance requirements and less addition of expensive alloying elements,with the purpose of developing a high hydrogen storage properties and multi-enameling processes,a low-carbon cold-rolled titanium enamel steel was developed.The microstructure and properties of enamel steel at different states were studied to obtain a second phase particle precipitation law,the changes of precipitates and the grain size before and after enameling,and the influence of annealing process on the strength.The hydrogen permeation time of enamel steel was determined;the results matched with the subsequent enameling test.The results are as follows: The microstructure of the experiment steel at room temperature is ferrite,and the grain size grows after enameling.The dispersion of big second phase particles Ti4C2S2 is one of the main factors to improve hydrogen storage properties of steel.After annealing at 730 ℃ for 5 h,the hydrogen permeation time tb more than 18 min and the hydrogen diffusion coefficient D less than 0.44×10-6cm2/s;the enamel steel have good adhesion,which can withstand 110 g steel ball in 2 m highth of free fall." @default.
