- W2367430620 abstract "Objective: To study the relationship between amnioinfusion and motilin plasma concentrations in umbilical cord of term fetal, and to explore effect of motilin on amnioinfusion. Methods: Motilin plasma concentrations was measured by radioimmuno-assay in cord venous blood from 34 infants with amnioinfusion, and compared with that of 34 healthy infants. Results: (1) Plasma motilin concentration in infants with degree Ⅰ?Ⅱ and Ⅲ of amnioinfusion were(300.02±108.76)pg/ml?(359.35±144.48 ) pg/ml and (382.18±199.02)pg/ml, respectively .The levels of motilin with degree Ⅱ?Ⅲ amnioinfusion were significantly higher than that of healthy infants[(241.15±59.22)pg/ml] and that of degree Ⅰ,( P 0.01). There was no significantly difference in cord venous blood motilin levels between infants with degree Ⅰ amnioinfusion and healthy infants( P 0.05).(2) Motilin plasma concentrations of umbilical cord in newborn with birth asphyxia group and fetal distress group (346.80±148.87 pg/ml and 324.01±155.17 pg/ml, respectively) was and significantly higher than the healthy infants groups (233.50±83.10 pg/ml)( P 0.01). (3) Motilin plasma concentrations of umbilical cord in assisted delivery group(361.64±172.11 pg/ml)was significantly higher than that in cesarean section group (259.22± 92.37 pg/ml)( P 0.01), and also higher than that in normal delivery group(276.63±126.94pg/ml)( P 0.05). Motilin plasma concentrations of umbilical cord in cesarean section group and normal delivery group have no obvious difference( P 0.05). Conclusion: Motilin plasma concentrations of umbilical cord was high in infants with hypoxia in uterine.High motilin plasma concentrations was not only related to amnioinfusion, but also to its severity. Our finding suggests that motilin may play an important role in amnioinfusion." @default.
