- W2367520166 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To estabish method of determination of osthole in Jishengzhuifeng liquor by HPLC.METHODS:To extract sample by ether. The HPLC method was chromatographed on Synchrom ODS column(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),the mobile phase was methanol 0.1 mol·L 1 ammonium sulfate solution (70∶30),as justed its acidity to pH2.5 with sulfuric acid(1→5) The osthole was detected at 322 nm.RESULTS:The linerarity was good when the osthole 0.034～0.27 μg( r =0.9999).The average recovery in sample was 98.08%( n =6).CONCLUSION:HPLC could be used for quality control in Jishengzhuifeng liquor." @default.
