Results: The tripartite participation achieve win-win situation by Dual-educating people, the trinity training model,① School: the quality of teaching ,the reputation of society, the quality of employment, and the quality of teaching can be improved,at the same time lower the cost of teaching. ②Students: general vocational ability can be improved,passing rate of practice skills tests can achieve 100 percent , passing rate of vocational qualification examination can reach 90%, psychological quality and employability and competitiveness can be enhanced, the 2008 session of graduate employment rate is as high as 93%. ③ Enterprises: staff quality can be improved, the stability of workforce can be enhanced, production costs can be reduced.Conclusion: Dual-educating people, the trinity model suit the higher vocational education construction and development of stomatology technology schools, businesses and students tripartite participation achieve win-win situation.
