- W2367571639 abstract "Objective:This trial was designed to evaluate the influence of6% hydroxyethl starch(HES)acute hypervolemic hemodilution(AHH)on the blood flow of kidney of acute ischemic reperfusion injury. Methods: 26 well male rabbits were randomly divided into two groups(n=13):experimental group(group AHH),andgroup controls (group C).After acute hypervolemic hemodilution in AHH group and compensating the lost fluids in control group, the renal artery was clamped withe atraumatic artery clamp for 30 minutes, then the clamp was released for 180 minutes(reperfusion),the renal ischemic reperfusion injury model was made up.The blood flow of before reperfusion, reperfusion ten minutes, ninety minutes and180 minutes were recorded( MFV 3200electromagnetic blood flow meter).Results:1.In the hemodilution group, the level of Hct and content of Hb was decreased from37±2.12% to 25±3.83% and from 127.85±12.55g/L to 87.85±7.74g/L respectively, achieved moderate degree hemodilution.2.After hemodilution, there were no significant difference in ECG and MAP,there were change in HR,but all change were in the normal range;CVP was increased from 2.85±1.25cmH 2O to 4.48±1.69cmH 2O,there were significant difference compared with C group and pre hemodilution.3.In both AHH group and C group, compared with the baseline values, the renal bolld flow was increased at 10 min and 90 minutes after reperfusion,t here were significant difference. In the Cgroup, the renal blood flow at 180 minutes after reperfusion was increased than the baseline values and decreased than that at 90 minutes after reperfusion, there were significant difference;in the AHH group, the renal blood flow at 180 minutes did not change than baseline values.Compared with C group, the renal blood flow of AHH group at 180 minutes was decreased significantly. Conclusion: AHH using HES can enlarge blood volume, increase organs perfusion pressure, increase the blood flow of the kidney of acute ischemic reperfusion injury, ameliorate renal tissues microcirculation." @default.
