- W2367584037 abstract "The inheritance of herbicide resistance of the progenies derived from the crosses of rice restoring line 752 with stable Basta-resistant bar transgenic lines (Zhuanjia 59 and Zhuanjia 99) was studied by tracking investigation. The results indicated that the resistant and sensitive segregation pattern of most lines in F-2～F-5 generations accorded with the ratio of 3∶1, however, that of some lines accorded with the ratio of 1∶1,2∶1,5∶3 or 5∶1, the characteristics of herbicide resistance could inherit to the high generations. Rice lines with stable Basta resistance could be obtained in middle and high generations by sexual hybridization and high-pressure screening in lower generations. In addition, in self-crossing generation of stable Basta-resistant lines, 24.1% of lines segregated in resistance and sensitivity (3∶1), while 75.9% of lines did not segregate(1∶0)." @default.
