- W2367626935 abstract "Vehicle bumping created by differential settlement of bridge approaches to bridge decks leads greatly variation of wheel force on pavement and damage the pavement ahead of time.The time-amplitude of vehicle vibration running in bridge approaching section is obtained by establishing 7 degree of freedom vehicle model and pavement-deck shape geometric model of bridge approaching section with wilson-θ method.Calculation results show that maximum rear wheel load on pavement cause by vehicle bumping is far more beyond the static load.Further more,the maximum dynamic load not surely occurs in the approach slab section as usual understanding,but occurs in somewhere ranged in some distance of depart direction of the bridge.As to the bridge short than 100 m,the amplitude and occurring location of the maximum dynamic load both are effected greatly by the length of bridge.So the conventional design that just reinforce the bridge approaches deck is not enough,more detail analysis including dynamic load analysis and pavement reinforcement according to the different bridge span length should be done to the pavement that located in the bridge approaches sections." @default.
