- W2367683366 abstract "Researches on fermentation conditions of NADH oxidase(NOX) from Lactobacillus brevis were studied in aerobic environment using optimal fermentation medium.Eight layer gauze was used and the Lactobacillus brevis was cultured under 30 ℃ for 23 h,with pH 7.0 and rotation speed 150 r·min-1.Then the cells were washed and suspended with 0.1 mol·L-1 K-PBS and disintegrated for 12 min using an ultrasonic cell disintegrator under 400 W(pulse 2 s,interval 2 s).The final enzymatic activity obtained was 2.371 mkat·g-1.In the end,the NOX was purified by DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow,Macro-Prep High Q and Hydroxyapatite-Ⅰ,a 3.11 purification fold was obtained with the recovery enzymatic activity of 8.5%." @default.
