- W2367731648 abstract "[Objective]To establish the spectrophotometric determination of peroxide value of lipid.[Methods]Under the anhydrous acidic conditions,peroxide in the lipid could make I-quantitatively oxidized to I2,I2 binding I-generated I3-soluble in water,the color of I3-was compared with the standard iodine quantitatively.[Results]Test results of precision and accuracy of this method showed that the coefficient of variation was 1.53% ～ 6.19%,recovery rate ranged from 86% ～ 108%.The peroxide value of lipid determined by spectrophotometry was not significantly different from that determined by national standard testing method(t=0.11,P0.05).[Conclusion]This method is simple,accurate,reliable and sensitive,which is suitable for detection of large amount samples in grass-roots." @default.
