- W2367743054 abstract "OBJECTIVE?To observe the effects of chrom iu m glutamine for the hepatic glucogen in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.?METHODS?The reaction of periodic acid Schiff (PAS) was used. Experi mental groupⅠ was orally taken with 10?μg/kg of chromium and experimental gro up Ⅱ with 5?μg/kg of chromium at per day, and in addition, normal control gro up and diabetic control group were set up and the experimental period was for 4 weeks.?RESULTS?The hepatic glucogen of exp erimental group was obviously increased, especially experimental group Ⅰwas more obvious than experimental group Ⅱ.?CONCLUSION?Chromium glutamine could reduce the level of glycogen of experimental diabetic mice." @default.
