- W2367869896 abstract "Objective To probe into the status and risk factors of sub-health in non-native female workers in a city and provide the scientific criteria for the prevention of sub-health.Methods 564 volunteers accepted the questionnaires and the data were analyzed with SAS8e.Results Results showed that the total incidence rate of sub-health in non-native female workers was 67.91% and was not correlated with the age(P0.05).The working environment such as heat,dust,noise and irritating gaseous exposures may raise the incidence rates,i.e.63.06%,75.18%,70.37%,72.50% respectively.The incidence of sub-health was also associated with bad sleep quality,frequently working overtime,bad working environment,dysmenorrhea and unharmonious relationship with boss.However,the habit of smoking and drinking was not associated with the sub-health.High education level may lower the incidence rate.Conclusions The sub-healthy status is commonly seen in non-native female workers,bad working environment is the major risk factor to cause the incidence of sub-health.So the inspection on working environment should be reinforced in order to promote their health." @default.
