- W2367910366 abstract "Objective To examine the prevalent characteristic of Mycoplasma in patients with urolithiasis in our district. To provide clinical data for the treatment of urolithiasis. Method A total of 423 samples from patients with urolithiasis were analyzed for mycoplasma infection. Antibiotic susceptibility test and chemical analysis were also conducted. Result There were 102 patients who were found to have infection by Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) or Mycoplasma hominis (Mh),positive rate was 24.1%. 90 patients (21.3%) were found to have infection by Uu. 1 patient (0.2%) had the infection of Mh. 11 patients (2.7%) had Uu and Mh. The age group distribution of the infected patients was 30 to 39(24.5%), 40 to 49(19.6%) and 50 to 59(31.4%). Among the 189 female patients, 59(31.2%) were found to have mycoplasma. Among the 234 male patients, 43(18.3%) were infected by mycoplasma. The percentages of isolates sensitive to the action of antibiotics are 81.5% for dosycycline, 64.7% for tetracyclin, 44.6% for Josamyxcin, 42.1% for Erythromycin, 47.8% for Azithromycin, 45.3% for Pristinamycin, 29.5% for Ofloxacin, 26.5% for Ciprofloxacin. Oxalate, phosphate and uric acid salt are the major chemical composition of urolite. Conclusion Un is the major type of Mycoplasma in patients with urolithiasis in this district. Most of the patients with Uu infection are in the age of 30 to 59, and the incidence in female is higher than in male(P0.01). Most of the Mycoplasma are multidrug-resistant. Dosycycline should be considered as the frist line antibiotic used for the treatment of patients with Mycoplasma." @default.
