• W2367927719 abstract "Objective To investigate expressions of multi-drug resistance gene 1(MDR1),survivin gene and topoisomeraseⅡβ(Topo Ⅱβ) in ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues and their clinical significances.Methods Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction was used to detect expressions of multi-drug resistance gene 1 m RNA,survivin mRNA and topoisomeraseⅡβm RNA in 66 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues,25 cases of epithelial benign ovarian tumor tissues and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues.Results The positive expression rates of multi-drug resistance gene 1 mRNA,survivin mRNA and topoisomeraseⅡβ mRNA in ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues were 34.85%(23),51.52%(34) and 54.55%(36),respectively.Multi-drug resistance gene 1 mRNA was negative in both normal ovarian tissues and benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissues,while topoisomeraseⅡβmRNA was positive in these two tissues,and the positive expression rate of survivin mRNA was 0 and 16.00%(4) in these two tissues,respectively.In positive expression rates of MDR1 mRNA,survivin mRNA and topoisomerase Ⅱβ mRNA,there were significant differences between benign ovarian tumor tissues and ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues(P0.01).The expression rate of multi-drug resistance gene 1 mRNA was not related to histological types and clinical stages of ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues(P0.05),while there was a significant difference between moderately differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup and poorly differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup(P0.05) and there was very significant difference between well-differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup and poorly-differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup(P0.001).The expression rate of survivin mRNA was related to histological types and clinical stages(P0.05), there was significant difference between well-differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup and poorly differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup(P0.01).The expression rate of topoisomeraseⅡβ in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissues was related to clinical stages of the carcinoma((P0.05)),but it was not related to histological types,and there was significant difference between well-differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup and poorly-differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma subgroup(P0.01).Conclusion Detecting the expressions of multi-drug resistance gene 1,survivin gene and topoisomeraseβ may have a directory significance for selecting drugs to treat the ovarian epithelial carcinoma,and have a reference for predicting the outcomes of those women with ovarian epithelial carcinoma." @default.
