- W2368153669 abstract "Objective:In order to investigate the effect of the change of blood pressure on senile acute cerebral infarction with cardioapthy.Methods:The change of blood pressure in 46 patients of senile acute cerebral infarction with cardiopathy was respectively observed before and the 14th day after treatment.The nerve function defect score(NIHSS) and routine life ability score(Bathel index) were performed at the same time,the electric physiology of heart was also monitored.Results:There was no significant difference in the nerve function defect score and routine life ability score among three groups before treatment.The difference was significant in the nerve function defect score and routine file ability score between group A and group B in the 14th day after treatment(P0.01),also between group A and group C(P0.01),but it was not significant between group B and group C(P05).The ischemic change and arrhythmia of electrocardiogram were found in 17 cases,namely 2 cases in group A.5 cases in group B and 10 cases in group C,in addition,3 cases developed myocardial infarction,2 cases of them died,one case secondary cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:It was most favourable to control the blood pressure within 140～159 mmHg on senile acute cerebral infarction with cardiopathy." @default.
