The results showed that the technology of converter tapping process with manganese ore direct alloying was feasible by the analysis of thermodynamics and dynamics.The plant practice of 100 t converter tapping process with manganese ore direct alloying showed that the manganese yield was more than 80 % and the maximum was 95 %,the comprehensive cost was reduced by more than 3. 43 yuan / t.
