- W2368232500 abstract "Objective Follow-up study of the analgesic effect and safety of parecoxib.love after laparoscopic gastrointestinal resection.Methods Choose elective surgery patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal resection 80 cases,ASA score for Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ level,weight 50kg youth to elderly patients.It's randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Group A=40,intravenous parecoxib 40 mg/5 ml in 0.9% sodium NS.Group B(control group)=40,intravenous 0.9% 5ml NaCl solution.If the patient postoperative cannot tolerate pain,a single muscle injection of hydrochloride50 mg.Record each patient group's postoperative awaken extubation 10 min,40 min,80 min,120 min,and 160 min later VAS score.160 min after surgery Pethidine dosage and additional times,and observed the incidence of nausea and vomiting etc adverse reactions and patients' postoperative analgesia satisfaction 160 min after aurgery.Results Within postoperative 160 min VAS score of two groups has statistically significant difference(p0.05),patient's satisfaction of group A is higher than group B and analgesic effect is better,medication side effects are less.Conclusion The application of parecoxib 40 mg to laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery has very good result in postoperative analgesia,without increase of side effects." @default.
