- W2368262840 abstract "Objective To study the natural features of blood supply of VX2 hepatic tumors in rabbits.Methods Fifteen rabbits with VX2 hepatic tumors were divided into three groups based on tumor's diameter detected by Doppler ultrasonography:the tumors' diameter were less than 2 cm,2~3 cm and more than 3 cm in group A,group B and group C,respectively.The haemodynamic indexes of hepatic artery and portal vein of rabbits with VX2 hepatic tumors in three groups were recorded by Doppler ultrasonography,and the blood supply of VX2 hepatic tumor were observed via hepatic angiography,the composition and distribution of blood of VX2 tumors in different diameter were analyzed.Results The blood supply of VX2 tumors in group A was not abundant,the blood of tumors was supplied by hepatic artery partially.The intra-tumor blood supply in group B was abundant,and the blood supply of tumors was mainly from hepatic artery.In group C,there was necrosis in the center of tumors,the peripherys of tumors had abundant blood supply mainly from hepatic artery.The maximum velocity of hepatic artery in group C(60.3±10.9 cm·s-1)was higher obviously than that in group A(50.4±12.2 cm·s-1)(P0.01),and the resistant index in group C(0.9±0.12)was larger than that in group A(0.5±0.02)(P0.01).However,there were not significant differences in the velocity and the diameter of portal vein among three groups(P0.05).Conclusion The blood supply of VX2 hepatic tumors is mainly from hepatic artery,the maximum velocity and the resistant index of hepatic artery increase with the increasing of tumor diameter,and Doppler velocity tracing is of high speed and high hinder;the velocity and the diameter of portal vein have no significant change with increasing of tumor diameter." @default.
