- W2368270343 abstract "Objective To explore the problems of nursing practice skills by the application of CIPP model,so as to provide targeted suggestions and improvement measures.Methods A total of 280 nursing students who received nursing skills staining training during April to June,2011 were recruited.The Self-designed nursing Practice Skills' Scoring Form was employed and the teachers were interviewed.Results CIPP model could find the problems in nursing practice skills,and could provide the improvement suggestions.Conclusion Application of CIPP model can make evaluation of nursing skills,and provide suggestions of trainning programs so as to develop the comprehensive quality of nursing students,and to train qualified nursing staff." @default.
