- W2368271013 abstract "Objective To establish the quality criteria for Compound Dantong Tablet.Methods Rhubarb,serrate rabdosia herb and hitrechol in the formula were identif ied by TLC and the contents of hymecromone and oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC.Results Rhubarb,serrate rabdosia herb and hitrechol could be detected by TLC.The spots in the TLC were clear and identif ied without the interference of negative control.The 1inear range of hymecromone was 4.92～49.2 μg(r = 0.999 7).The average recovery was 98.79 %.The 1inear range of oleanolic acid was 0.3～3.0 μg(r = 0.999 3).The average recovery was 99.90 %.Conclusion The established criteria can be suitable for the quality control of Compound Dantong Tablet." @default.
