- W2368288429 abstract "Aimed to establishing a simple,rapid and sensitive method to determine the content of holothurian glycosaminoglycan,the research study on directly spectrophotometric determination about the content of holothurian glycosaminoglycan with AzureⅠ.They could form a specific-binding blue-purple complex that was Azure Ⅰ-holothurian glycosaminoglycan.At the characteristic wavelength,this complex had the max absorption,and the content of holothurian glycosaminoglycan could be determined by absorption value.The result was that the complex had the max absorption at 547 nm.A good positive linear relationship was shown in the mass concentration range of chondronitin sulfate 5～40 mg/L.The regression equation was A=0.0087x+0.2057,R2=0.9914.With this method,the result of the stability in 3 h and the repeatability was well and reliable that P﹥0.05.The recovery average rate of added samples was 95.47%.It was a simple,rapid and sensitive determination method." @default.
