- W2368375246 abstract "Objective To discuss the relationship between the expression of Antinutrophil Cytoplasmic(ANCA) in middle or late pregnant metaphase and pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods Bloods samples were obtained from 351 pregnant women of 26～34 weeks′ gestation and 30 nonpregnant female control subjects. ANCA was detected by indirect immunofluorescence.Results Among 351 pregnant women,41 cases were ANCA positive(11.68%).While in the control group,6 cases were ANCA positive (20.00%).There was no statistics significance between the two groups(P0.05).5 of 33 ANCA positive pregnant women(14.63%) developed PIH, and 23 of 222 ANCA negative pregnant women (7.42%) developed PIH. There was no statistical significance(P0.05),too.Conclusion Itwas suggested that ANCA couldn′t be the direct or primary reason resulting endothelial cell damage during PIH. It might contribute to the pathogenesis of PIH. The exactly role of ANCA in the pathogenesis of PIH remained to be continually studied." @default.
