- W2368429504 abstract "Multi-layer and multi-pass welding test of 6082-T6 aluminum alloy Sheets on railway vehicles was conducted in this paper,as the center of welding seam was 40 mm and 30 mm.Welding quality was checked by non-destructive testing of VT and RT,and comprehensive mechanical properties of welding joints were analyzed by transverse tensile test and bend test.Sysweld software was used to simulating welding heat and stress field.Results of test and simulation showed that,welding quality,tensile strength and bending properties were achieve the standard requirements as the center of welding seam was 30mm.Tensile strength was dropped by nearly 10% which contrast with the ordinary welding seam.The micro-hardness of the overlapping heat-affected zone was dropped by nearly 7.02% as contrast with the center of welding seam 40 mm.The max welding stress 148.499 MPa was in overlapped heat-affected zone,and comprehensive mechanical properties were fulfilled the design requirements." @default.
